The short version
Everything you add to a First/Then board — including text, drawings, and photos — stays in your own browser. It is not sent to a server, stored by me, or sold or shared by the App.
1. What is not collected
- No accounts, logins, names, or email addresses.
- No client names or identifying information is required to use the App.
- No board content is uploaded, transmitted, or stored on any server by the App.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used by the App.
2. What is collected
The App is hosted on the Lovable platform, which may provide anonymous, aggregate usage analytics. This may include page views, approximate region, browser and device type, referring website, and standard server request logs. This information is not personally identifying and is not linked by the App to the content you place on a board.
3. How your board content is handled
The text, drawings, and images you add live only in your browser for the duration of the page. Refreshing or closing the tab may clear them permanently. When you choose a photo or paste an image, the App uses it locally to place it on your board; the image is not uploaded by the App. You remain responsible for how you handle any screenshots or other copies you save on your device.
4. Third parties
The only third party involved is the hosting and analytics provider described above. There are no advertisers, no data brokers, and no sale or sharing of board content or personal information by the App.
5. Important note about personal information
Because the App is a general planning tool, please avoid entering sensitive or identifying information such as full names, dates of birth, addresses, or record numbers. Use a first name, initials, or a general description instead when appropriate. You remain responsible for protecting any board content, photos, screenshots, or other files on your own device.
6. Your rights
Because the App does not collect or store your board content or an account profile, there is generally nothing held by the App about you to access, correct, export, or delete. If you have a question about data handling — including under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA — you are welcome to get in touch and I will respond.
7. Children
The App is designed to help adults create visual plans for children and other learners. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
